While our children may be learning to walk or talk, we are finding our feet too - always trying to do our best based on the capacity and the resources that we have available to us. Motherhood is full of seasons - some of them quite short - and it's important we always make time to adjust and re-evaluate who we want to be as mothers in the phase we're currently in.

You'll also discover a simple tool that you can use whenever you become aware of your own negative self-talk, so you can help your brain to switch into problem-solving mode.
