She practices from a weight inclusive, HAES (r)-informed, social justice framework. She loves to help her clients find their passions in life and put food back in its place. She is the host of the podcast Intuitive Eating for the Culture. When she's not working with clients she's either reading a book with a warm mug of tea or coffee hand, or trying to find a hiking trail.
