Happy New Year! January 2022 on the Sports Therapy Association Videocast & Podcast sees the start of a new season, with a focus this month on... CROSSFIT.
In the first of four CrossFit episodes, we have the pleasure of being joined by special guests Robert Crowley & Sonia Fierro. Together they take a look at:
About Our Guests:
Robert Crowley is a Chiropractor, specialising in treatment of CrossFit and weightlifting athletes. Robert was Clinical Lead of Athlete Services for CrossFit Games Europe/Meridian Regionals 2014-2017. He is a Lecturer at London South Bank University, and also provides specialist courses in treatment of weightlifting injuries for 'Recover Stronger' with Sonia Fierro.
Sonia Fierro is a qualified Osteopath & Sports Therapist. She has worked as part of the medical team of various elite sports - from GB Fencing, to GB Diving and Swimming and was part of the CrossFit Europe/Meridian Athlete Services team. Sonia is a nationally ranked Powerlifting athlete and holds the Italian Deadlift Record for the U57 category.
