Yo, This Can’t Be Life - Black Health and Wellness
Health & Fitness:Alternative Health
This episode we discuss the data so far about how long Covid-19 Antibodies stay in your system and what that means in terms of a vaccine and the concept of herd immunity.
We also discuss the similarities and differences in food intolerance versus a sensitivity versus a full blown food allergy. We answer questions such as, what are the ways food allergies are diagnosed. What types of blood tests can be given? Are food intolerances forever? Are food sensitivity tests reliable or recommended? Dr. Shah lets us in on the potential danger in using Benadryl and how often we can use over the counter anti-histamines.
