Throughout her twenties, she hopped from diet to exercise program to supplement to detox trying to lose the 20 pounds she gained after college, keep ’em off, and feel like the BEST version of herself, but she struggled to get there, but today, she is a happy, healthy mom of a new baby AND she has kept off those stubborn 20 pounds, and today she helps other people find the answers they are seeking.
