Women all go through this in their lifetime and there is little research to confirm the variety of symptoms women experience during this important phase in their life. Today we understand why Nina is so passionate about providing resources and support with her organisation ‘'Black women in menopause UK’ as well as what resources we need to get more support and information for ourselves or our loved ones.
