Confessions of a Former Mean Girl

Bloom where you are planted - it’s a powerful statement that feels so inspiring…. But is it?
In this episode, I am diving into the cliché and how my view about it has changed, especially with my relationships and my healing. I share stories about some personal endings and the healing that occurred in the space after. I also share some things you can do to help you create better relationships, make changes, heal, and reclaim your voice without needing to stay stuck in unsupportive environments where you can’t bloom because the soil sucks.
And if this episode resonates with you, make sure to hop over to my Instagram and send me a DM. I would love to hear your story!
