This episode's guest is Iordan Krochev from Core Excellence.
Since completing his Master's in Physiotherapy at the University of Montreal, Iordan has always been fascinated by human performance and health. He occupies multiple roles, including his work as a performance physiotherapist with Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton and a physiotherapist at the CoreXcellence Center.
Iordan specializes in return to play as well as in injury management and movement optimization with a particular emphasis on speed and power sports. As a life long student, he focused on learning a variety of approaches and models and learning from experts in the field to improve his understanding and care of the athletes he collaborates with.
