Recently identified in The New York Times as the dean of organizational culture, Edgar Schein recently published with his son Peter a 3rd edition of The Corporate Culture Survival Guide, Culture Change Leadership. Just prior to that he wrote Humble Inquiry and Humble Leadership. He is a professor emeritus at MIT and author of many seminal books in the field of Organization Development. In 2016 Ed reviewed and wrote a testimonial for Michael Welp's book Four Days to Change.
