Brendan Patrick took one sip of drinking chocolate in California several years ago, and that was all it took. He's now the owner and operator of Belle Chocolates, Chattanooga's first bean-to-bar chocolate company. He joined me to talk about his love of food (and chocolate, of course), what brought him to Chattanooga, his startup process, why white chocolate is the worst, and plenty more.
