Today I talked with my friend Bonnie Novak. Bonnie grew up on a farm and ranch in Pringle, Texas. And, like me, she earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech. For 24 years, she and her husband Hunter owned and operated a funeral home that served Guymon, Boise City, and Texhoma, Oklahoma. We talk about how coronavirus is changing the way funerals are carried out. She also shares some of the joys and challenges of serving people in their grief. We also visit about the roles that hope and humor play in honoring our loved ones. Thanks for listening!
