About Our Guests:
Sonia Fierro is a qualified Osteopath & Sports Therapist. She has worked as part of the medical team of various elite sports - from GB Fencing, to GB Diving and Swimming and was part of the CrossFit Europe/Meridian Athlete Services team. Sonia is a nationally ranked Powerlifting athlete and holds the Italian Deadlift Record for the U57 category.

Recovering from a broken back, she continued to fight through injury to set 2 British records, culminating in an MBE in recognition of her contribution to the sport of Weightlifting. Michaela is also a commentator for the Olympic Broadcasting Services (BBC, CBC and NBC) for Olympic Weightlifting.
