2020 presented a whole new set of challenges for companies trying to build that connection with the ability to have in-person interactions made very limited or not possible at all.
This week we’re joined by Charlie Roberson, the Head of Project Delivery at Verbate. Verbate offers their clients a simple to use, affordable video survey platform so that they can hear directly from their customers. Verbate is a distributed company with employees located both in the UK and Australia
Earlier in 2020 we were joined by Matt Barnett, the founder of Bonjoro. Verbate is the precursor to Bonjoro.
