Zest Wellness is excited to welcome The Body Architect, Akeem Hepburn to the podcast. Akeem has been into fitness for a while but his initial drive was to lose weight and get in shape. After the highs and lows of doing so, and learning from his mistakes, Akeem eventually began competing in CrossFit, powerlifting, and endurance competitions. Since then, he is using his time to provide knowledge on personal training and sports nutrition through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association).
