This little extra episode is mainly just a big ole cry fest cause I really needed to just vent and clear the air I guess. TRIGGER WARNING here though!! I talk about being sad and depressed and I’m literally in the middle of an anxiety attack and I’m crying a bit so like if any of those things bother you, I’d just skip ahead. I also talk about some weight loss stuff so again if that’s triggering to you please just skip this one, I promise I don’t mind.
