Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Emma Rae about what boards need to know about the gender pay gap.
Emma Rae is a diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) consultant with a PhD in DEI. She works with business leaders and boards to understand their DEI data, leverage insights and cultivate inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Emma originally started her career in accounting, and is a qualified CPA.
