Ever wondered what the "best" way to go on a spiritual journey is? Sometimes we feel like we should isolate ourselves on an island, while we go deep into our unpacking and delayering of self to find the inner wisdom... is that the "best way" to do it? Garrett shares her insights on how creating voids, (regardless of what is going on in your external reality), as intentionally as possible paves the way for healing.
She contends there are three *general* ways in which she's seen people go on their mindset/healing journeys, and some are more conducive than others.
1. the void - this person pauses as much of life as they can, eliminating what doesn't serve and sitting in the stillness to gain perspective and to use the fertile soil of the void to transmute and transform their lives
2. the healing while trying to stay the same - this person wants to go about their daily life and try to have powerful healing, while nothing on the surface changes, and this style is quite challenging.
3. the person who gets a high on listening to self-growth content - this person mentally understands what transformation is possible and why, but they're not doing any of the integration and "in-body" work for actual healing, they're just getting energized from the inspiration of it all (which can be a good step 1!)
