Most people think that losing weight equals suffering. If you want to lose weight you have to stop eating all “delicious” foods forever and you will suffer every single day. If this is what you think losing weight looks like, then it’s no wonder most people quit. Can losing weight be fun? Armed with the right mindset, I think it can absolutely be fun.
