David N. Daum, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at San Jose State University. His area of expertise includes physical education teacher education, curriculum design, assessment, and technology. He provides leadership in the physical education community related to online physical education with a multitude of presentations, publications and guideline documents. Dr. Daum’s research areas include K-12 blended and online physical education curricula, how that curricula is implemented and the impact of that curricula. In addition he is interested in how technology is defined and utilized in face-to-face classrooms and in the preparation of future teachers.
