Our children come into our world already connected to their authentic selves. We see early on their unique quirks and personality traits, and soon after hints of their gifts and talents. We, as their guidance through the development process are entrusted to help them learn the skills they need to let their unique selves shine through and develop those strengths and learn to manage and grow in areas where they struggle.
