Saturday Mornings host Glenn van Zutphen and guest co-host, Lisa Oake Founder and CEO of ExecutiveCounselling.com and Former CNBC Asia Journalist are joined in our Saturday Morning Sit-Down Conversation with Palestinian actor, Amer Hlehel in his tour de force performance, and Charlotte Nors, Managing Director of the Singapore Theatre Company to discuss their latest one-man show, “Taha.” It’s an uplifting story of hope in times of turmoil that focuses on the works of famed poet, Taha Muhammad Ali. From the joys of a peaceful childhood to the heartbreak of displacement, the play allows the audience to empathize with Taha’s resilience and spirit that endures even in the face of universal themes of loss and adversity and puts a human face on Palestinian dispossession, displacement, and resilience.
