Episode 5 features the amazing, Beth Fisher of B&C Magazine and Nick Russell of TAB. Lending. In this episode, we are also proud to present Jon Salisbury of Ortus Secured Finance.
Jon is the Managing Director of Ortus Secured Finance. Ortus, are a commercial lender founded in 2013. They provide loans from £100k to £25 million with interest rates from 7.8% p.a and terms of up to 3 years. Ortus has also won numerous awards for service excellence and product innovation, including 3 B&C awards.
Jon Salisbury is a lending specialist and associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. He is a graduate of the University of Southampton, he has trained at Bank of Scotland and he has also worked as a private banker at Singer & Friedlander. In addition, Jon is a member of the Credit Committee and Executive Committee.
Nick and Beth both speak to Jon about; his firm Ortus Secured Finance, what they provide, their USP and also his past experience in banking. They also speak about, if people in the industry really need qualifications in this day and age to be successful and huge shifts/trends in the market expected to occur next year.
"I think next year is going to be tumultuous. Its a divided country/society at the moment and we don't know how the rest of the world will react to this."
