Happy ’disability day’ everybody!

Silent Witness actor Liz Carr has crowd-funded what she calls a "ramshackle cabaret" to celebrate this year's UN International Day of People With Disabilities (IDPWD). She did it because, along with her social media pals, she was upset when she had no focus for fun on the day last year.
