On this episode of Le Run Down we got to know distance runner and TSP DIY competitor Michelle Daigneault.
She was active growing up, taking a liking to both hockey and running, and her love for the latter was fostered by the sense of community within the sport.
With a competitive spirit and lighthearted attitude, Michelle doesn't shy away from challenges. Most recently taking on The Speed Project "Do it yourself" edition with 11 other women in what was an incredibly uplifting experience.
