Dr. Ted Samuel (He/Him) is the Senior Director of Oberlin Shansi, which provides grants and fellowships to young professionals to promote individual and creative engagement with Asia. Oberlin Shansi supports 16-18 International Fellows in India, China, Indonesia, and Japan, 4 full-time staff, and 4-6 visiting scholars.
