Now, things have sped up drastically. The rate of change we are currently experiencing can be exhausting if we aren’t wired to accept and deal with change. Change in technology, business, and consumer preferences continues to evolve at an unprecedented rate. Erika Andersen is here to talk about making our team change capable and rewiring for change.
Erika is the author of Change from the Inside Out: Making You, Your Team, and Your Organization Change-Capable, a practical guide for us and our teams to thrive in an era of continual change. Erika is the founder of Proteus, a training and consulting firm that focuses on leader readiness. She is also a consultant and advisor to CEOs and top executives of several major corporations. She also speaks about leadership and business. She has authored several books about leadership and business strategies.
As small business owners and entrepreneurs, we all know how important it is to deal with change. We talk about how change is hard and why humans are hardwired to keep things the same.
