Here we go! Let’s get Intentional

Welcome to Episode 1 of "Let's get Intentional." I am excited to be starting this journey into podcasting. I am a 49 year old woman living in Ontario, Canada. I have been on a midlife awakening journey for the past year. I turn 50 in June and I thought a podcast would be a great way for me to express some of what I'm learning with listeners. This episode talks a bit about my journey so far and what I've learned along the way. I hope that through my sharing, I may inspire others to embark on a path of growth and personal development. Be curious, lean into the discomfort and most of all, practice radical self compassion.
