Ben Desbrow, PhD, is a professor at Griffith University (Queensland, Australia) with academic interests in nutrition and dietetics in both athletic and clinical populations. He also has a foot in the applied side of sports nutrition, being an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, working for example with Rugby League team Gold Coast Titans.
