Women’s Wealth: The Middle Way®
Business:Careers
Rebecca Grzybowski shares her journey from collegiate rower, to training for the Olympic trials, to becoming a head coach, and what motivated her through each step. As a mother of two, Rebecca had to adjust to not only leading a team of women, but to also caring for her two sons, and learning how to “flex the muscle” of asking others for help along the way. Named the head coach of Temple University’s women’s rowing team in 2012, Rebecca led the team to win the Dad Vail Regatta in the 2019 season.
