Two Major Updates to Electrovert Wave Soldering Systems

ITWEAE release an Exit Wing Laminar flow system last year. Through discussions and field trials they have further enhanced this with automatic control to vary the wave height for optimal results.

Another upgrade to the Electrovert Wave Soldering system has been their energy management by adding an isothermal convection preheat. A patented system that has been taken from ITWEAE's reflow soldering division. The high velocity of airflow driven through the top and bottom of the unit delivers a high impingement to the board as it goes through the preheat phase.
