Today’s guest is Carla Hall, star and executive producer of the new Max series, “Chasing Flavor,” in which she shares the history behind some of America’s most popular foods, from ice cream to barbecue to chicken pot pie. Best known for her time on “Top Chef” and “The Chew,” Carla chats with host Kerry Diamond about showcasing her superpower, proving her worth, and packing for 84 days on the road.
She also talks about turning 60 this May (and why she’s already celebrating), getting ready for her one-woman show, and her dedication to self-care.
This episode’s Bombesquad shoutout goes to Lois Cho of Cho Wines.
