In this episode of the 33Fuel podcast, we speak with Paul Lunn. Paul is an exceptional Ironman triathlete, with a PB of 8:50 over the 140.6 mile race. He finished 5th in his Age Group at the Ironman World Championships in 2017 and 3rd in 2018 and we spoke to him as he acclimates ahead of his third crack on the Big Island.
