On this episode of Le Run Down, we got to know marathoner, community leader and co-founder of WERUN313, Lance Woods.
Lance moved away from his home town of Detroit to pursue education, and when he returned his focus shifted to bettering his community and sharing his passion for running with everyone.
In only a few years, Lance and his team have built something lasting and life changing through this sport we all love. He's also pursuing his own goals as he prepares to take on his first ever Boston Marathon this spring.
