Todd Anduze is a man of many talents. With an impressive professional background that includes military service, accounting, mining, and psychology, he’s seen the entire spectrum when it comes to teams – the good, the bad, and everything in between.
It was while serving in the U.S. Navy that Todd first gained experience in team building and leadership – a time that he refers to as what a “…team should absolutely be.” Ever since he’s applied those principles to every job he’s held since then. With a strong foundation in management and accounting, he’s turned his passion for understanding human behavior and team dynamics into a successful career in his latest role as the Director of the University of Georgia’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
