We have such an appropriate beginning of the year topic today. So many people are focused on their goals for 2022. They want to do more, make more, and accomplish more. We are discussing strategies for making work easier. Chris Westfall is a business coach, speaker, and consultant. He is also the author of a new book called Easier: 60 Ways to Make Your Work Life Work for You. This book is about self-leadership. It offers a story that shares leadership insights on the future of work, finding connections and guidance, and making everything easier.
Chris is also the US National Elevator Pitch Champion and has helped clients who’ve appeared on Shark Tank, Dragons’ Den, and Shark Tank Australia. He is the author of seven books, a regular contributor to Forbes, and has appeared on several news programs. We talk about some of the concepts in Easier, including the difference between working harder and working easier. It’s about showing up in a way that makes things easier and being kinder to yourself. We talk about how peace always exists, and easier is always possible.
We discuss the laws of nature and being. We talk about how the nature of doing business has shifted and how creativity is waiting for everyone. It’s possible to have alignment and get more done. We talk about letting the wave come to you. Let the universe support you. An excellent lesson from this episode is living life like a Sunday afternoon. You can get more done and open doors to creativity by relaxing and doing your work in a more calm and fulfilling way. This episode is full of many great ideas and concepts to kick off this new year.
