True Crime nerds rejoice, this episode is a real thriller. When two of the Smith Spencer agents get catfished by a very sophisticated conman, Erin has to put on her 'True Detective' hat to try and get to the bottom of how this criminal posed (quite convincingly so!) as an extremely wealthy buyer with legitimate bank statements to match. This is a cautionary tale for all agents and a must listen. Plus, what really happened with the Smith Spencer Instagram account and why you should follow their new handle @smithspencerrealestate
