Emma Jeffcoat is an Australian Olympic Triathlete who made her debut at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games.
In this episode Emma discusses the poignant issue of comments that can destroy athletes and candidly shares some of the commentary that she's received throughout her developing triathlon career and how that’s affected her over the years psychologically, health wise and performance wise.
What's so great about Emma's story is how she is going from strength to strength in showing those critics that when it comes to performance, ill-informed commentary and beliefs around body composition have no place.
