Despite having a fully paralyzed right arm, Aaron Lapointe has obtained black belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. In this episode of the Get Healthy 360 Podcast, Aaron opens up about the lessons he has learned from martial arts as well as life. As a clinical psychologist, Aaron describes what his greatest challenges were and how he overcame them. Aaron also offers advice to parents on how to motivate and raise happy and successful children, and what are some common pitfalls that parents should be aware of. Aaron credits martial arts with giving him the self confidence to overcome the various challenges life throws at him.
