#SaturdayMorningHustle Podcast
Business:Entrepreneurship
Welcome to episode 6 of “Professional Balance” a bonus content series of the Saturday Morning Hustle. On this episode, we will discuss the role of "the boss" in a business. The owner, President, CEO, etc... and how hands-on or hands-off they should be in daily operations, specifically in humble tasks such as cleaning up random messes, taking out the trash or making coffee in the morning. The question of how to balance these concepts: The boss should Always or Never make the coffee. Making the coffee will be the term used for any non-regular task or duties that many CEO types might consider "below them" but employees might have a different opinion. Most people can think of a boss who was willing to do anything and everything and also a boss that would never consider such things. Which boss is the right boss, and how can a modern CEO balance these two opposing concepts.
Professional Balance is a bonus content series of the Saturday Morning Hustle podcast. This long-form audio-only content will be posted on the last Monday of every month as an opportunity to dive deep into the issues that challenge all entrepreneurs, business owners, career builders and decision-makers. "How to balance what seems to be contradictory viewpoints” in business and personal life. More than just work/life balance, we examine a variety of “this or that” scenarios.
