It is the time of year when coaches gear up for the offseason. Some teams are already back in the weight room and training hard. We always like to have Tony Holler back on the podcast during this time to help educate coaches on preparing for another season and getting the most out of our athletes.
Tony Holler is the creator of Feed the Cats, a revolutionary sprint training program that has gained a strong foothold in football. In this episode, Coach Holler applies the Feed the Cats mentality to all positions, whether they are guys in space or in the trenches.
By taking a sprint-based approach, coaches create more explosive players. And ultimately, putting more speed on the field is a recipe for game-day success.
