White men are often held up as authorities but often continue to support people who look and operate like them, rather than lifting up women of color and women more generally. It can feel like white men are the only people to learn from, but in reality, there are tons of women out there that are fantastic mentors, teachers, and coaches who can help you get to where you want to go.
