Tamar is a former Olympic figure skater, coach, and recent Wharton MBA graduate. As an athlete, she sustained multiple overuse injuries which forced her out of the sport sooner than she would have liked. That experience spurred her desire to help others have long and healthy careers in their desired profession. Woodworkers are a lot like professional athletes: they do repetitive movements for hours daily while striving for perfection, making them susceptible to overuse injuries. Tamar's mission is to help woodworkers and trade professionals integrate prevention routines into their lives so they can have long and healthy careers doing what they love.
