Kris Brown

OCR Champion Faye Stenning and Olympian Jess O’Connell, have brought their coaching platform to the Obstacle Racing Media family of podcasts.

Kris Brown is a HOKA-sponsored ultrarunner based in Missoula, MT. While he specializes in hilly races in the 50k-100k range, he relentlessly competes in events of all distances, having finished top-ten at the 2018 Western States 100-miler just three weeks after running a sub-15 minute 5k on the track. Kris also "deep-dabbles" in obstacle racing and most recently finished an impressive 5th at the San Luis Obispo Spartan Elite Series race. Kris chats about what it takes to be successful in ultras, and how he's transitioned that to OCR.
