European partners are trying to get on the same page about how far they’ll go to help Ukraine and make up for the dire US shortfall. Meanwhile, the Kremlin is vastly out producing the west in ammunition and weapons production. Christiane speaks to defense expert Dara Massicot who says it’s a bad sign for Ukraine that Moscow is confident enough to accelerate its attacks ahead of the Russian election this weekend.
