Cork senior football manager Keith Ricken is this weeks guest. He talks about the future of 3rd level football and aspirations of Cork. Keith won an All-Ireland with Cork U20's and has a unique way and vision for young people. It's refreshing and makes you think how best do we manage our young people from U6's to senior.
