Camille and Lauren run the HPC’s HYROX classes. Billy has been attending HYROX since the start. Together we discuss how group HYROX classes are run and have evolved. We also discuss lots of tips for taking on your HYROX including the swinging kettlebell technique and how to improve your sled pull.
