#SaturdayMorningHustle Podcast
Business:Entrepreneurship
We're going past #Hustle and #Grind, getting into two specific concepts for entrepreneurs, business owners, side hustlers, career builders or anyone pursuing a passion should be utilizing. Ignore the old saying "Work Smart, Not Hard" but instead "Work Smart, then Work Hard". Do both, together in that order.
Work Smart - Have a plan, put a strategy into place, understand your Strengths and weaknesses, market condition, your competition, your audience, your value proposition and your selling position. Focus, measure and adjust for what's working (do more of that) and what's not working (do less of that) for repeatable success.
Work Hard - now that you're informed, organized and focused, put the work in. Otherwise working hard is just being busy, not actually creating success. Use your smart plan to get the most accomplished in the most complete ways at the highest levels of quality and consistency. Don't cut corners, do the work at every level to ensure an effective outcome. Don't try to work less, work more effectively. Why? Because nothing great ever happened without hard, smart work.
We're going into deep detail on this episode of the podcast how these concepts work, support each other and lead to sustainable, repeatable success. Let's talk about it!
