What does it mean to set an intention and how much impact can it really have?
Setting an intention is activating a part of your receptivity. If you were to go out in the day, and not have set any intention or created any type of prayer or manifestation of how you want the day to go, then you're getting on a bike with no direction. Is the power of intention an amazing and often untapped resource in our lives? Emiliya takes us through some scientific studies that confirm the impact of intention.
By now, we all recognize and accept that human consciousness has an effect on everything from the molecular structure of water to the well-being of humankind, but we often question the science behind intention. Imagine the changes that can take place within your body as you begin to consciously give intention to positive choices. And it doesn't stop with you, since your energy has an impact on those around you.
Setting intentions can make you more effective. Setting intentions will help you to get out of your head. Setting intentions opens your eyes to things you may have otherwise missed. Setting intentions can even make our food and water more beneficial for our health. Setting intentions can influence your actual experience and science has backed up this claim.
Since we have discovered the power of intentions you might want to create your won. Create your own intentions and discover how they can enhance your life. Perhaps create a mantra, share your intentions, verbally pray, create ritual, mediate, practice gratitude, remind yourself daily to create intention.
