The Eating Disorder Recovery Podcast
Health:Self-Help
In this podcast Tabitha talks about her experience with recovery binges when she was recovering from Anorexia. She describes how she went from restriction, into a binge-restrict cycle. More importantly, she talks about how the way out of that binge-restrict cycle is to find the restriction that is still present in your eating and eliminate it. thus allowing the body to eat freely and unlimited.
