In all seriousness, these boys are highly respected coaches within the industry and Tyler absolutely loved having them down for a laid-back chat! There was passion, shouting, and a lot of swearing. Chris (Dirk) is one of the best up and coming coaches in Australia; the Head of Performance at Woodford Sport Science Consulting shares some of his learnings from his time in the College system at Iowa. Jeremy (Brick) is a beast of a powerlifter, currently transitioning from athlete development to coaching powerlifting. His energy in the gym is unmatched.
